Kelly Alimandi is the Customer Service Manager at Impact Plastics and has been with the team for 20 years. Her role on the Customer Support team brings comprehensive service to Impact’s customers, from order processing, to providing guidance about Impact’s products and capabilities, to negotiating with suppliers regarding key order components. Her role requires communication with all departments, acting as a liaison between Impact’s commercial team, our customers and our production staff to offer customers a seamless experience from order entry to doorstep delivery. Her favorite part of her role at Impact is communicating with her customers and building healthy and trusting work relationships.
