Customer Support Associate & Logistics Assistant

Meet Anita Shepherd

Anita joined the Impact Plastics team in 2017 and is a Customer Support Associate & Logistics Assistant at the Putnam, CT headquarters. Her position provides comprehensive service to Impact’s customers, from processing orders and consulting about our products to communicating with suppliers on key order aspects. As a member of Impacts’s logistics team, Anita assists with shipping and acts as a bridge between our commercial team, our production team and our customers. She helps create a seamless experience, from order entry to doorstep delivery. Anita’s favorite part of her role at Impact is collaborating with customers and building strong, strategic business relationships. When her customer is happy, she is happy!

Fun Facts

• Prior to her work at Impact, Anita had a 20 year career in telecommunications! As one of the “Top 10” retail and sales managers in New England, she witnessed the evolution of wireless from the late 90s all the way to the smart device era.
• Anita loves fitness, particularly bicycling and running, and has completed a Warrior Dash.
• She loves spending quality time with her family.
