Meet Jennifer Lauderback

Jennifer brings 35 years of industry experience to the Impact Plastics team, specializing in medical packaging materials and manufacturing processes. Jennifer has expertise in all levels and aspects of medical packaging including: resin/polymer manufacturing, extrusion, design, thermoforming, validations and medical OEM requirements. As part of the Impact team, she will combine her in-depth technical knowledge and vast industry relationships to keenly identify opportunities and deliver creative solutions for medical packaging customers. Jennifer received her bachelor’s degree in engineering from Virginia Tech.
